Woodside Warriors Soccer Club (ABN 62 285 369 254) respects your privacy. This page explains what we collect through this website and how we handle it.

What we collect

When you send an enquiry or register your interest in playing, we collect the details you provide — such as your name, contact details, and (for registrations) the player’s date of birth. We also record the IP address a submission came from, to help prevent abuse.

How we use it

We use this information solely to respond to you and to run the club’s activities. Enquiries and registrations are emailed to the relevant committee volunteers. We do not sell your information, and we do not add you to any mailing list without your separate, explicit consent.

How long we keep it

Enquiries and registrations are automatically deleted 3 years after they are submitted. We keep them only as long as we reasonably need them.

The newsletter is separate

Subscribing to club news is a separate, opt-in choice with its own consent — agreeing to this policy on a form does not subscribe you to anything.

Advertising measurement

This website uses the Meta (Facebook) Pixel to measure how well our advertising works — for example, how many people who saw a club ad went on to register their interest. Meta may use a cookie and receive information about your visit to do this. You can control how Meta uses this information for ads in your Facebook ad preferences, or opt out of interest-based advertising more broadly at optout.aboutads.info.
